Toddlecast is not open yet. There is no app, no account and no service. The only personal data we collect right now is what you type into the waitlist form.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is [OWNER NAME, the Netherlands]. Questions or requests: hello@toddlecast.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- What best describes you (parent, creator, school, publisher, other), if you pick one.
- Your browser language, the page you signed up on, and the date and time.
- The consent text you agreed to, so we can show we asked properly.
- A one-way scrambled code (hash) of your IP address, only to stop spam sign-ups. We do not store the IP address itself.
This website uses no cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server. We do not collect children's data: the waitlist is for adults.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when Toddlecast opens and send you your invite. The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it any time; that does not affect anything we did before.
How long we keep it
Until Toddlecast launches plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. To be removed, email hello@toddlecast.com and we delete your address within one month (usually much sooner).

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to get a copy. Email hello@toddlecast.com; we answer within one month.
Complaints
Please tell us first. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
Before the Toddlecast app opens we will publish a full privacy notice, including a separate notice for parents and children for Kids Studio. We will not use your waitlist address for anything new without asking you again.
